Firmware Update Instructions

Firmware updates are optional and released for specific improvements.

If your keyboard is functioning normally, no update is required.

Only update when necessary, and make sure the device is properly connected to your PC via a stable USB connection before proceeding.

 

· How to check your firmware version

Open the web driver and confirm the current firmware version displayed.

· Latest firmware versions

Keyboard firmware: V3.0.4
Screen firmware: V1.2.1

Display & Screen Guide

The ND104 LCD screen supports multiple display modes including time, weather, and animations.

· How to switch screen modes

Use Fn + knob to cycle through display pages.

· How to return to the default screen

If the screen stays on a different page, simply cycle through modes to return to the home display.

· Disabling the Screen Character Display

To turn off the keyboard screen character display, press Fn + Right Shift + Delete.
Press the same shortcut again to turn the display back on.

· Time format settings

The screen supports 12 hour and 24 hour formats. Firmware options (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1OqgGn4GWbKE8EqnmPrfNkhQ2LkfSg_NS?usp=sharing ) are available for different preferences. 

Connectivity Guide

ND104 supports USB wired mode, 2.4 GHz wireless, and Bluetooth.

· Switching connection modes

Use the mode switch to select wired, 2.4G, or Bluetooth.

· Wired connection tips

For best performance, connect directly to a motherboard USB port. Avoid USB hubs or switchers when possible.

· Wireless connection tips

Ensure the battery level is sufficient before pairing.

Volume Knob & Controls

The rotary knob allows volume adjustment function.

· Using the knob

Rotate to adjust volume. Press to mute or activate the assigned function.

If responsiveness seems delayed, reconnect the device and confirm firmware version.

Lighting & Effects

The ND104 keyboard supports customizable RGB lighting effects.

· Disabling system dynamic lighting (optional)

If your keyboard firmware is up to date and your computer has dynamic lighting enabled, you can disable system dynamic lighting in wired mode using the following shortcut:

Fn + Right Shift + L

· Fn key LED indicator

To turn off the Fn key charging indicator LED:

Fn + M

Repeat the same shortcut to turn the LED back on.

Battery & Power

ND104 includes a high capacity battery designed for multi mode use.

Battery life may vary depending on:

• RGB brightness level

• Screen usage

• Connection mode

For extended battery life, reduce brightness and enable sleep mode.

Deep Sleep Mode (Battery Powered)
When running on battery, press and hold Fn + Caps Lock for 5–8 seconds to put the keyboard into deep sleep mode.
To wake the keyboard, either press the same shortcut again or plug in the USB cable.

System Compatibility

The ND104 keyboard supports standard typing on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Advanced customization features via the driver are currently supported only on Windows and macOS.

For the best experience with the driver, please use the latest version of Chrome or Edge browsers.
