Return and Refund Policy

1.  Returns
We do not offer exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returns due to non-product issues or personal preferences are the customer's responsibility, including all return shipping and handling fees.

2.  Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.  Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.  Please note that your bank may require additional time to credit the refund.

3.  Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped or enters production.  All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 4% restocking fee.  Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
