Notes

- Ensure the computer is connected only to the ND104 keyboard via USB during the firmware update.

- Ensure the USB connection remains stable during the firmware update.
- Do not unplug the keyboard or close the software while updating.

- During the firmware update, please do not perform any other operations. Just wait for the update to complete.
- The update process may take about 5–10 minutes.

 

 

 

ND104 Keyboard Firmware Update Steps:
1. Install “ubest_toolbox.exe (or Wuque_toolbox.exe)”.
2. Open the software and click “Yes” when the prompt appears.
3. Select “ND104”.
4. Click “Open”.
5. Locate and select the ND104 firmware file, then click “Open”.
6. Click “Enter DFU” to begin the firmware update.

 

 

 

 

During the update, the keyboard screen will display as shown below:

Once the update is complete, the screen will automatically restart.

ND104 Keyboard Screen Firmware Update Steps:
1. Open ubest_toolbox.exe (or Wuque_toolbox.exe).
2. Select “ND104 Screen”.
3. Click “Open” and choose the correct firmware file.
4. Click “Enter DFU” to start updating.
